Becoming a Helper
Before applying, take the time to read this entire post, as it will help you further down the line. As a Helper, your primary responsibility will be to make sure the server is friendly, safe, and enjoyable for all players. Helper is an evaluation phase that will help the Staff Management team better determine if you're suitable to move on to Trainee, then to Moderator etc. For our staff team, we look for players who are great role models of the server. They assist with situations, follow the rules, and do their best to make sure to have a great time while doing it. Becoming a staff member isn't meant for everyone, and can be very tiring at times. But it can be rewarding as well! The more genuine effort the better. We also want to see players that accept responsibility. Everyone makes mistakes, but those who own up to it are the most suitable for doing what needs to be done in certain situations. When it comes to making the application itself, we do not want to see minimal effort. The more detail that you put, the more chances it will be recognized and you will be accepted as new member of our staff team.

Requirements
✱ Own a full access, non hacked, non shared Minecraft account.
✱ Have discord and are active on it. We communicate to all of our staff through discord.
✱ Speak and be able to communicate in English.
✱ Be mature and capable of working well with others.
✱ As staff, you should be able to maintain a high activity level, 1-2 hours per days is fine. As long as it does not impede on IRL activities/events.
✱ Have fun! Staff members can easily get lost in the work. Relax every so often and enjoy the community
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I applied, when will I hear back?
A: We aim to read applications every 1-2 weeks, and choose batches of staff randomly. If your application was successful, you will be contacted on Discord. If you do not respond on discord in an allotted amount of time, you can be withdrawn from being accepted as staff.
Q: Can I ask staff how my application is going?
A: Absolutely not. In fact, the staff will not know how your application is going. The only people with knowledge of your application would be a member of the staff management team. Asking staff members about your application will more than likely result in it being discarded.
Q: How long are applications open for?
A: Applications are open for as long as we see fit. Applications tend to be open for a few weeks to a month at a time, at which point they will be closed until we decided to recruit more members. If you feel that you are not ready yet, there\'s absolutely no rush. Feel free to apply next time!
Q: How do I apply for helper?
A: Applications have been made easier! All you have to do now, is fill out the google form and that's it! The google form link is here: https://forms.gle/rTrYYEzHhSj8VLhe9
Q: I didn't get accepted? What now?
A: Your application did not get accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Not active enough in game
- Not active enough on discord
- Not enough effort in your application
- Too toxic in chat
- Applied too recently after previous application
- Have been recently punished for breaking the rules.
- Not meeting the requirements
- Not completing both portions of the application
So make sure that you are meeting/exceeding these expectations! You will be able to apply again in 2 weeks. When you apply, make sure you meet the requirements!
